7. Anti-Bribery and Corruption

Do not offer, solicit, or accept bribes or improper payments.

Report any suspected bribery or corruption immediately.

Act responsibly towards the environment and the communities where we operate.

Support sustainable practices and initiatives that benefit society.

9. Health and Safety

Maintain a safe and healthy working environment.

Report hazards, unsafe practices, or conditions promptly.

10. Use of Company Assets

Use company resources responsibly and for legitimate business purposes.

Avoid misuse or theft of company property.

Reporting and Accountability

1. Duty to Report

Members are encouraged to report violations or suspected violations of this Code to their supervisor, manager, or the compliance officer.

Reports can be made confidentially and without fear of retaliation.

2. Investigation Process

All reports of violations will be investigated promptly, fairly, and thoroughly.

Appropriate actions, including disciplinary measures, will be taken based on the findings.

3. Non-Retaliation Policy

Retaliation against individuals who report misconduct in good faith is strictly prohibited.
